INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 tablespoons boiled quinoa seed
  • 1 tomato
  • 4-5 olives
  • ½ onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt

 

METHOD:

  1. Boil the quinoa seed.
  2. Let it cool slightly.
  3. When the quinoa is ready, chop the tomatoes, onions and olives.
  4. Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and parsley.
