INGREDIENTS:

  • 90g minced flax seed
  • 80 g finely ground almonds (almond flour)
  • 30 g sunflowers seed
  • 3 tablespoons minced oat flakes
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 80 ml melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml water
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 150 g cheese

 

METHOD:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the minced flaxseed, almond flour, sunflower seed and oat flakes.
  2. Add salt, black pepper and baking powder.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add the eggs, butter and water.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add the cheese.
  7. Mix well
  8. Transfer the mixture into a well-coated muffin mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
