INGREDIENTS:

  • 150g grated cheese
  • 100 g ground almonds (almond flour)
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and black pepper

 

METHOD:

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
  2. Spread the mixture into a round pan.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
